WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by resolution duly posted and published, 2,ive notice of its in- tention to vacate and abandon the public street or alley herein after described; and WHEREAS, on the 29th day of 1lay, 1979, a public hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concernins said broposed vacation and abandonment; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find, from the evidence submitted, that the public street or alley hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council does determine that the public convenience and necessity require the reservation and exception of the easement(s) and riFht(s) of nay hereinafter specifically de- scribed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and aban- donment of nortions of Lincoln Avenue, Lemon Street, Clementine Street and certain public alleys, more specifically described as follows: Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporate& by reference herein.
