A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING-THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND.WANG LABORATORIES,
INC. RELATING TO THE USE OF CERTAIN
COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to utilize a
system of Human Resource Management Computer Services hereinafter
referred to as "SUPER and
WHEREAS, Wang Laboratories, Inc. warrants that it has
developed SUPER and has the right and authority to license SUPER
to the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared between the
City of Anaheim and Wang Laboratories, Inc. for the use of desired
computer system; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an Agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Wang Laboratories, Inc. relating
to the use of certain computer systems be, and the same are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Assistant City Manager
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of May, 1979.
