A _1ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT vIITH PRICE WATERHOUSE AND
CO., CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, CONCERNING
CERTAIN SERVICES IN CONNECTION NITS THE ELEC-
TRIC AND WATER UTILITY FUNDS OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEII 1 AND AUTHORIZING THE 2r1AYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAI1E.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of certain ser-
vices in connection with the electric and water utility funds of
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, such services to be rendered are of a type and
complexity requiring services of a professional and technical char-
acter and are of a temporary nature; and
WHEREAS, Price Waterhouse and Co. are licensed certified
public accountants and have experience and knowledge in performing
such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an agreement for certain services in connection with the
electric and water utility funds of the City of Anaheim with Price
Waterhouse and Co. be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of May, 1979.
