1979-280WHEREAS, Dolores 4. de Saucedo did file a written appli- cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from 124 North Philadelphia Street to 330 East Julianna Street, Anaheim, California; and WHEREAS, said application having been set for public hear- ing on the 15th day of May, 1979, at the hour of 3:00 o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hearing hav- ing been given by mail to all persons residing within a radius of three hundred (300) feet from the property upon which it is proposed to move said house at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said application for a house moving permit, together with all evidence and reports sub- mitted in connection therewith, does find that said permit should be granted for the following reasons: 1. That the house, building or structure proposed to be moved is comparable in value, size, quality, design and appearance of houses, buildings or structures in the area into which it is to be moved; and 2. That it will not be detrimental to, nor diminish the value of property in the area; and 3. That less than a majority of the property owners in the area object to the moving of the house, building or structure onto the property where it is proposed to be moved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the application of Dolores N. de Saucedo for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from 124 North Phila- delphia Street to 330 East Julianna Street Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
