A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 78R -601,
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 79R -124 AND AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 77R -703 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL
CITY EMPLOYEES UNIT, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW RATE
OF COMPENSATION FOR AN EXISTING JOB CLASS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has met with representatives
of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association to discuss the rate of pay for
the classification of Zoning Enforcement Specialist, and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated May 2, 1979 that the rate of pay for the classification be
adjusted upward, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to supersede Reso-
lution No. 78R -601, to rescind Resolution No. 79R -124 and to amend Resolution
No. 77R -703 which established rates of compensation for classes represented
by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General City Employees Unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishment of a new rate of pay for the classification of Zoning Enforcement
Specialist is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the rate of pay for the classi-
fication of Zoning Enforcement Specialist shall be as follows:

December 8, 1978 905 A E
October 12, 1979 959 A E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolu-
tion No. 77R -703 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim the 8th day of May 1979.
