A RESOLUTIONI OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LETTER AGREEMENT WITH WATERS CONSULTANTS
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PUBLIC
UTILITIES GENERAL MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of engineering
and inspection services during installation of cathodic protection
at the Lenain Plant in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, a letter agreement has been prepared, the
terms of which are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said Letter Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Utilities General
Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Letter Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day Of May, 1979.
