1979-249WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Wilbur Smith and
Associates, Inc., desire to amend the agreement dated March 28,
1978, to provide that the date of completion be extended to
April 30, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
amendment to an agreement with Wilbur Smith and Associates, Inc.,
concerning technical services relating to parking improvements
for the Public Library and Police Department be, and they are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said amendment
to the agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this is day of
May, 1979.
