A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A DRAINAGE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. (District 36, Areas 1
and 2, and District 37, Areas 1 and 2
Peralta Hills Drive Cerro Vista Drive
Lakeview Avenue Crescent Drive Drainage
Reimbursement Area)
WHEREAS, Texaco Anaheim Hills, Inc. has been
required to install certain drainage facilities within the
Crescent Drive Drainage Reimbursement Area; and
WHEREAS, said facilities will benefit other
properties in the area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
the City will reimburse Texaco Anaheim Hills, Inc. for such
benefit; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this13th day of
November 1979.
