A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SAITO /SULLIVAN
ASSOCIATES, INC., AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMEND-
MENT TO AGREEMENT. (Canyon Park Site No. 2)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Saito /Sullivan
Associates, Inc., have heretofore entered into an Agreement
dated August 28, 1979; and
WHEREAS, said parties mutually desire to amend
said Agreement at this time; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement has been pre-
pared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby
approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of November,
1979.
