1979-654WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to purchase certain
real property, to wit:
Lot 1 in Block "D" of Tract 247, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map thereof
recorded in book 13, page 51 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property is willing to sell
said property to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for the acquisition of said prop-
erty has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are ac-
ceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve and accept the terms and
conditions of said Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Anaheim does hereby accept the grant deed to said real property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of November, 1979.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERTIS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
Together with that portion of the alley and Wilhelmina
Street adjoining said Lot 1 that would pass with a con-
veyance of said Lot 1; and
