1979-646WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2182
on July 28, 1970, by Resolution No. 70R -373; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2182 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 70R -373 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of October,
1979.
