1979-642WHEREAS, the County of Orange has received funds
pursuant to the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of
1972, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has heretofore
appropriated a portion of said funds to the City of Anaheim
for expansion of the Senior Citizen Day Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to accept
said funds for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that the terms and conditions of said agreement be, and the
same are hereby, approved and said funds are hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this30th day of
October, 1979.
