A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY.
WHEREAS, General Motors Corporation is the owner
of certain real property located within the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to construct
and maintain a storm drain and appurtenances under and
across a portion of said real property; and
WHEREAS, a License Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
License Agreement between the City of Anaheim and General
Motors Corporation be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said License Agreement and the Easement Agreement
attached thereto as Exhibit "B," for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of
October, 1979.
