1979-636WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and JHK and Associates
entered into an agreement dated February 20, 1979; and
WHEREAS, due to unforeseen delays, the parties desire to
amend said agreement to extend the report date and project termina-
tion date; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and conditions
of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of October, 1979.
