1979-635WHEREAS, a certain individual grant deed from Clarence M.
McNees and Ray Arthur McNees for property located on the east side
of Haster Street, north of Katella Avenue, has been presented to
the City of Anaheim for State highway purposes; and
WHEREAS, said grant deed having been determined to be
correct in both form and substance, the City Council finds that it
is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said deed
and to order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the individual grant deed presented by Clarence
M. McNees and Ray Arthur McNees to the City of Anaheim for highway
improvement purposes at Haster Street, north of Katella Avenue, be,
and it is hereby, accepted.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the foregoing deed
to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30thday October, 1979.
