1979-634WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns the building
at 241 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, the University of Redlands desires to
occupy and use certain space in said building; and
WHEREAS, a License Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of a License Agreement with the University of
Redlands for the occupation and use of certain space in the
building at 241 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California,
be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute said License Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30thday of
October, 1979.
