A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
THE ORANGE COUNTY MANPOWER COMMISSION, AND THE
NORTH ORANGE COUNTY REGIONAL OCCUPATIONAL
PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to provide
classroom training through the Comprehensive Employment and
Training Act (CETA) of 1973, for the City of Anaheim residents;
and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Manpower Commission and
the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program desire
to enter into an agreement with the City to provide said
services and program; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
Agreement between the City of Anaheim, the Orange County Man-
power Commission, and the North Orange County Regional
Occupational Program be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this ?3rd day of October,
1979.
