90-040 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM REQUESTING THE ORANGE
COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO
INCLUDE WITHIN THE ORANGE COUNTY UNIFIED
TRANSPORTATION TRUST (OCUTT) FUND THE
IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN STREETS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM HEREBY RESOLVES
AND DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
(a) WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to improve the
streets listed below;
(b) WHEREAS, the City's Master Plan of Arterial
Highways/Circulation Element is consistent with the County of
Orange Master Plan of Arterial Highways;
(c) WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim will provide 50 percent
in matching funds for each project;
(d) WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation Commission
intends to allocate funds from the Orange County Transportation
Trust Fund for the improvement of streets within the incorporated
cities of the county;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Anaheim
hereby requests the Orange County Transportation Commission to
allocate funds in the amounts specified in the City's application
to said City from Orange County Unified Transportation Trust
Funds. Said funds shall be matched by funds from said City and
shall be used to aid the City in the improvement of the following
street(s) for fiscal year 1991:
Katella Avenue - State College Boulevard to Lewis Street
Tustin Avenue - Route 91 Freeway to Santa Ana Canyon Road
