A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A FEE PURSUANT TO
SECTION 15.04.303.010 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Section 15.04.303.010 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code requiring a cash deposit prior to issuance of any building
permits for swimming pool construction to guarantee the repair of
any public improvements which may be damaged as the result of such
construction, including the removal of any debris or building ma-
terials therefrom; and
WHEREAS, said Section 15.04.303.010 authorizes the City
Council to establish the amount of said cash deposit to be required;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the public
interest and welfare to adopt the fee as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the amount of the cash deposit required
pursuant to Section 15.04.303.010 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
is hereby established to be the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($250.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd da .f October, 1979.
