A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND LAS
TIENDAS DE YORBA, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, BY
SANTA ANITA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, GENERAL
PARTNER, RELATING TO TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Las Tiendas de Yorba, a limited partner-
ship, (hereinafter "Developer is the owner of certain
property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California; and
WHEREAS, Developer has heretofore obtained approval
from the City of Reclassification No. 73 -74 -25 for a zoning
reclassification of said property; and
WHEREAS, a condition of said zoning reclassification
approval requires Developer to pay for the cost of installa-
tion of traffic signalization at the intersection of Avenida
Margarita and Santa Ana Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, Developer and the City desire to enter
into an agreement for the reimbursement to Developer of a
portion of said cost upon development of certain adjacent
property; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement between the City and Developer be, and the same
are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim t is c�.day of October,
