A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to purchase
certain real property, to wit:
PARCEL 1
The Northerly 62 feet of Lot 12 of the Schaffer- Oswald
subdivision, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 7 Page 41 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
PARCEL 2
The Southerly one -half of the vacated alley adjoining said
Lot 12 on the North bounded Westerly by the Northerly exten-
sion of the Westerly line of said Lot 12 and bounded Easter-
ly by the Northerly extension of the Easterly line of said
Lot 12 abandoned by the City of Anaheim by Resolution No.
70R -465 dated September 22, 1970 a certified copy thereof
being recorded September 28, 1970 in Book 9415 Page 963 of
official records, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property is willing to
sell said property to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for the acquisition of said
property has been prepared, the terms and conditions of
which are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve and accept
the terms and conditions of said Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept the grant deed to said
real property.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of
October, 1979.
