A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT TO CANCEL DECLARATION OF
RESTRICTIONS BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
TOYS "R" US, INC. AND W.F. REALTY CORPORATION,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, W.F. Realty Corporation is the owner of
certain real property located within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, a Declaration of Restrictions has hereto-
fore been executed restricting the use of said property; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement to Cancel Declaration of
Restrictions has been prepared, the terms and conditions of
which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Agreement to Cancel Declaration of Restric-
tions between the City of Anaheim, Toys "R" Us, Inc. and W.F.
Realty Corporation be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement to Cancel Declaration of Restrictions for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of
October, 1979.
