1979-603A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
788 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 65R -958
NULL AND VOID.
RESOLUTION NO. 79R -603
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 788 on December 21, 1965, by Resolution No. 65R -958; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 788 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 65R -958 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of October, 1979.
