A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI`T`Y
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF BREA IN CON
NECTION :"1ITH THE CONTRACTING OF CERTAIN POLICE
HELICOPTER SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Brea is desirous of contracting:
with the City of Anaheim for the performance of certain police
helicopter services in the Carbon Canyon area within the bound-
aries of Brea; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is agreeable to render
such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an agreement with the City of Brea in connection with
the contracting of certain police helicopter services be, and the
same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on be-
half of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of October, 1979.
