A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DAN L. ROWLAND AND
ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED, FOR ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DESIGN OF
FIRE STATION NO. 8.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain archi-
tectural services for the design of a fire station designated
Fire Station No. 8 to be located on Riverdale Street near Lake-
view Avenue on the site of the proposed Riverdale Park in the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Dan L. Rowland and Associates, Incorporated,
is qualified to render such architectural services to the City,
including any general administration and /or observation of con-
struction work, and desires to be employed for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of an agreement with Dan L. Rowland and Associates,
Incorporated, to provide architectural services in connection
with the design of Fire Station No. 8 be, and they are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th da of October 1979.
