RESOLUTION NO. 79R- 577
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPE LINE LICENSE AGREEMENT
WITH THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY
COMPANY. (S /o Orangethorpe, E/o Miller BL- 70208)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has requested
permission from The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company to construct a 42 -inch storm drain at Crossing E.S.
29 +37.5 M.P. 41 +3585.32 in the vicinity South of Orange
thorpe, East of Miller Street; and
WHEREAS, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has submitted to the City of Anahiem its "Pipe Line
License" which is acceptable to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the compensation sought for said License
is in the amount of One and no /100 Dollars ($1.00) has been
paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Anaheim that certain Pipe Line License
for a 42 -inch storm drain submitted by The Atchison, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
October, 1979.
