90-038 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNBCTION WITH VARIANCE 2534 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO. 73R-405 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2534 on
September 18, 1973, by Resolution No. 73R-405; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination o£ said
Variance no. 2534 for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2534 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 73R-405 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of January '
1990.
