1979-565LEREAS, the City of Anaheim (hereinafter "City has
heretofore entered into an agreement with the City of Garden Grove,
City of Orange, Orange County Transportation Commission and Orange
County Transit District to obtain the preparation of a commercial/
recreation area transportation and circulation management study
(hereinafter "Study and
WHEREAS, said agreement designates City as the entity
authorized to administer said a,reement and to contract for the
performance of said Study; and
WHEREAS, City desires to enter into an agreement with
JHK Associates for the performance of said Study; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between the City of Anaheim and JHK Associates be, and the same
are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of October, 1979.
