A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND THE NORTH ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY
COLLEGE DISTRICT RELATING TO CETA ASSESSMENT
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Department of Labor requires that
public agencies provide for the assessment of CETA personnel
employed by such agencies; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain the
services of the North Orange County Community College District
for purposes of providing said assessment services; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said Agreement this day submitted
to the City Council to be made and entered into between the
City of Anaheim and the North Orange County Community College
District providing for the furnishing of assessment services
upon the terms and conditions and for the compensation set
forth in said Agreement, be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
October, 1979.
