1979-550A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A MODIFICATION TO THE SUBGRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ORANGE
COUNTY MANPOWER COMMISSION, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
MODIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Orange County
Manpower Commission (hereinafter "Commission have hereto-
fore entered into an agreement dated October 3, 1978 under
the Youth Employment and Demonstrations Projects Act of 1977
to provide a program for disadvantaged youth within the
City; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of said parties
to increase the funding to the City of Anaheim under the
terms of said subgrant agreement from $158,712.00 to
$185,591.00; and
WHEREAS, a mutual modification of said subgrant has
been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satis-
factory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
mutual modification of subgrant between the City and said
Commission be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said modification for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
October, 1979.
