1979-548WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of an
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed
widening of Anaheim Boulevard between Broadway and Ball
Road; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared between
the City and Environmental Impact Profiles to furnish
said EIR, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
October, 1979.
