1979-544WHEREAS, the Community Services Division, formerly
located at 173 West Lincoln Avenue, has relocated due to the ac-
quisition of property by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim consented to the relocation
of City's Community Services facility provided that City not bear
the cost and expense of such relocation; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency agrees to pay City's relocation costs;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement are
acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement be, and they are hereby, approved and
accepted by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on be-
half of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of October, 1979.
