1979-542WHEREAS, certain deeds of trust have been created
naming the City of Anaheim as beneficiary, all as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, each of said deeds of trust having been
determined to be correct in both form and substance, the City
Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to approve each of said deeds of trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the following deeds of trust be,
and they are hereby, approved by the City:
