A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANNAHEII APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO T HE
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT NO. 152,
EXHIBIT "A."
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the recommenda-
tions of the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, adopted a
General Plan for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September, 1979, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public hear-
ing to consider a General Plan Amendment. The General Plan Amend-
ment does consider changing the land use designation to residential,
hillside medium density for purposes of subdivision of an existing
mobilehome park located on the north side of La Palma Avenue, east
of Imperial Highway; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the City Planning Commis-
sion did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC79 -188 containing a renort
of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing,
and a recommendation that said Amendment to the General Plan desig-
nated as Amendment No. 152 be adopted by the City Council, changing
the land use designation for the aforedescribed area in accordance
with Exhibit "A and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of evi-
dence, report of findings and recommendations of the City Planning
Commission, the City Council did fix the 2nd day of October, 1979,
as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the City Hall as the
place for a public hearing on said proposed Amendment No. 152 and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such
public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports and did
consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 152 changing the land use designations in the afore
described area in accordance with Exhibit "A" on file with the City
should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 152 to the General Plan changing
the land use designation for the aforedescribed area in accordance
with Exhibit "A" on file with the City be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be, and
it is hereby, instructed to amend the General Plan Map to conform to
General Plan Amendment No. 152, as herein adopted and approved.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day October, 1979.
