A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.76R -677 AND AMENDMENTS
THERETO WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
OUTSTATIONED PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATIONS
AND ADJUSTING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR THE CSD CLERK
AND CLERK TYPIST.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated September 12, 1979 that the rates of compensation for the CSD Clerk
and Clerk Typist be adjusted, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R -677 and Amendments
Thereto which established rates of compensation for Outstationed Public Service
Employment Program classifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that adjusting
the rates of compensation for these classifications is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the rates of compensation for the following classifications be adjusted
effective August 1, 1978.

RESOLUTION NO. 79R -533
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended Resolution
No. 76R -677 and Amendments Thereto shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of September 1979
