RESOLUTION NO. 79R -532
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH DAN L.
ROWLAND AND ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Dan L. Rowland and
Associates, Incorporated, entered into an Agreement dated
April 5, 1977, providing for architectural services in connec-
tion with the study, analysis, and design of the Civic Center
Complex in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City now desires Architect to provide
certain services not included within the scope of services of
said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend said Agreement to
provide for said extra services; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim thisl8th day of September,
1979.
