1979-513WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79R -443 dated July 31, 1979
found and determined the public convenience and necessity to
proceed with the Utilities Service Center Office Additions,
901 E. Vermont Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, Account Nos.
51- 699 6340- 0951M -3710A and 55- 699 6340- 0951M- 3900A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that it is
in the best interests of the City of Anaheim not to proceed
with the work contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby
rescind Resolution No. 79R -443 dated July 31, 1979 for the
Utilities Service Center Office Additions, 901 E. Vermont
Avenue, Account Nos. 51- 699 6340- 0951M -3710A and 55- 699 -6340-
0951M-3900A.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day
