1979-502WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of profes-
sional design services in connection with the planning and
design of John Marshall Park; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared whereby
Berryman Stephenson, Inc. will provide such professional
services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agrement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4 th day of September,
1979.
