A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of a
certain parcel of unimproved real property located at the
northeast corner of La Palma Avenue and Patt Street; and
WHEREAS, said property is no longer needed for
public purposes by the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority desires
to purchase said property from the City; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Agreement with the Anaheim Housing
Authority for the purchase and sale of certain property be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement, and such other deeds and documents
as may be necessary thereto, for and on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of
September, 1979.
