A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-365 NHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Fluman Resources Director has recommended in a
staff report dated January 9, 1990, that upgrade be added to the
clasmtf'tcat'~ons of Community Services Supervisor and Recreation
Supervisor, e~fect'fve January 5, t990; and
NHEREAa, am a n®sult thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 89R-365 which established rates of compensation for
classifications designated as Supervisory; and
NHEREAS, the City Counci'l of the City of Anaheim does find
that adding upgrade to the classifications of Community Services
Supervisor and Recreation Supervisor is 'in the best interests of the
City o¢ Anaheim.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No, 89R-$65 be amended by
adding upgrade to the followfng classifications:
Community Services Supervisor XU CR06
Recreation Supervisor XU CR06
8E iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Re~olutton No. 89R-365 'is January 5, 1990.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha~ except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 89R-365 shall remain in full force and effect.
