A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH MOORE TABER AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a soils
engineering and geological report of the sewer line distress
for the Rural Ridge Area of Anaheim Hills; and
WHEREAS, Moore Taber, Consulting Engineers and
Geologists, are qualified to perform said services and have
submitted a proposal; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the i'Iayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of. the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of
August, 1979.
