1979-478WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the State of
California, acting by and through its Department of Trans-
portation, desire to obtain the installation of traffic
control systems and safety lighting (hereinafter "improve-
ments") at the intersection of Tustin Avenue with State
Highway Route 91 (Riverside Freeway); and
WHEREAS, said parties desire to share in the
cost of installation of said improvements; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City
Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2lstday of
August, 1979.

OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
