1979-470WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 4008 which provides for impound-
ing certain newsracks in violation of the provisions of said ordi-
nance; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that the impound fee
amount shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the impound fee to be charged to the
owner for the return of impounded newsracks shall be :50.00 for
each newsrack to cover costs incurred in the removal and storage
of said newsrack.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of August, 1979.
