A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79R -340,
NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING WEEKDAY REPLAYS
PERTAINING TO GREEN FEES AND CART RENTALS AT
THE H. G. "DAD" MILLER ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE AND THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, on June 12, 1979, the City Council of the City
of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 79R -340 and through inadver-
tence and clerical error, Paragraph III -C of said resolution was
incorrectly described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that
it would be in the best interest of the City to correct said
Resolution No. 79R -340, nunc pro tune, to reflect the proper
Special Reduced Rates for 9 -hole Replays on weekdays for which
such action was taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend, and it does hereby amend,
Resolution No. 79R -340, nunc pro tune, by correcting Paragraph
III -C to read as follows:
III. Special Reduced Rates
"C. Weekday Replays (9 holes only) $2.50"
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 79R -340 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of August, 1979.
