A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM BLUROCK PARTNERS,
INCORPORATED, FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN
CONNECTION WITH THE DESIGN OF THE HILL AND
CANYON BRANCH LIBRARY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BE-
HALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain architec-
tural services for the design of the Hill and Canyon Branch Library
in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, William Blurock Partners, Incorporated, is
qualified to render such architectural services and desires to be
employed for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement with
William Blurock Partners, Incorporated, to render architectural
services for the design of the Hill and Canyon Branch Library be,
and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of August, 1979.
