1979-759A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
WITH PRICE WATERHOUSE AND COMPANY, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Price Waterhouse
and Company entered into an agreement dated February 27,
1979, for a financial audit as of June 30, 1979; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement provides that, if
unusual circumstances are encountered which make it neces-
sary for accountants to do additional work, accountants
shall report such conditions and the parties may negotiate
justifiable additional compensation; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said Agreement has been
prepared providing for an additional fee of $500 for such
additional work; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Amendment
to Agreement are acceptable to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby
approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26thday of
December, 1979.
