1979-757WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to Resolution No.
78R -745 dated the 21st day of November, 1978, as amended by
Resolution No. 79R -140 on the 13th day of March, 1979, did enter
into an Exhibition Agreement with the Los Angeles Rams Football
Company; and
WHEREAS, said Exhibition Agreement as amended contem-
plates and requires an operational agreement covering the duties
and responsibilities of each of the parties to carry out the terms
and conditions of the Exhibition Agreement; and
WHEREAS, an Operations Agreement has this date been sub-
mitted, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an Operations Agreement with the Los Angeles Rams Football
Company be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of December, 1979.
