A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO PERMIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND OKEH CATERERS AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Okell Caterers have
heretofore entered into a Permit Agreement for the use of parking
spaces at Anaheim Stadium; and,"
WHEREAS, the said parties mutually desire to extend
said Permit Agreement for an additional one -year term subject to
the same terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Permit Agreement has been pre-
pared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an Amendment
to Permit Agreement permitting Okeh Caterers to use parking space
at Anaheim Stadium for an additional period of one (1) year be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Amendment to Permit Agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of December,
1979.
