1979-750WHEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 1979, the City
of Anaheim entered into an Agreement for the lending of its
16mm collection to Yorba Linda Library District for the
purpose of distribution of said films to City's borrowers;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Anaheim
and Yorba Linda Library District to amend said Agreement
to provide that the City shall lend its film inspection
machine only when said District's film inspection machine
malfunctions and is inoperable; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Amendment
is approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26thday of
December, 1979.
