1979-747WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 1235 on June 8, 1971, by Resolution
No. 71R -240; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termina-
tion of said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is
no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council that Conditional Use Permit No. 1235 be, and the
same is hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 71R -240
be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim thisl8thday of
December, 1979.
